Shipping and Delivery
* Deliveries are made between 9AM and 9:30PM all seven days which is our normal delivery window.
* If any deliveries are requested outside the normal window before 9AM and after 10PM please
call us at 8680013303 and fix the delivery time. This might incur additional charges.
* The lead time for placing an order varies for different category of cakes.Please read the description under each category and place orders. This is to ensure that sufficient lead time is avialbe so that your cake arrives on time.
* Under any circumstances delivery will not be redirected to an alternate address after an order has been placed.
* The images displayed on the site are indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in appearance,shape or design as per the availabilty.
* In an effort to ensure your cake arrives on time we deserve the right to substitute the product of equal or greater value. In making any subsitution we take utmost care which would meet or exceed your expectation.
* We will attempt the delivery of the items once.In case delivery is not executed during the attempt due to wrong address, receipient not available,premises locked, recepient not accepting order the customer will still be charged for the order.
* We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery date and time however some events beyond our control like high traffic jam or complex routes can delay your order to reach on time.Please give sufficient lead time to allow extra time for delivery.
* We ensure the right to reschedule the delivery due to unavoidable circumstances like national curfew,bandh,floods etc which would be intimated to the customer.
* We will not encourage any complaints after 3 hours from the delivery time.
